Long Eaton Stabbing Incident, Derbyshire — April 15, 2025: A murder investigation is underway in Long Eaton, north of the River Trent, following a fatal stabbing on a quiet residential street on Tuesday morning.
Derbyshire Police responded to reports of an incident on Cavendish Road, between Wellington Street and Bennett Street, shortly after 9am on Tuesday, April 15. Upon arrival, officers found an individual with serious injuries. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
